Our deep house cleaning maid service is a local cleaning company serving Las Vegas, Henderson, Northwest, Southwest, Summerlin, and North Las Vegas areas. We are founded and co-owned by Gary and Maria Paquette who have invested a significant portion of their past 40 years of work experience in the service industry into this business and are committed to satisfying customers as a means of ensuring our company's ongoing growth and success.

General Manager
For the last 20 years, our General Manager, Maria Paquette, has held management positions relating to human resources and operations within the service and hospitality industries both in the United States and Mexico. She manages the day-to-day operations of the company, including most matters relating to personnel, customers, scheduling, keys, and purchasing.
Gary Paquette,
Finance & Administration Manager
Our Finance and Administration Manager, Gary Paquette, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He manages all aspects of the company's finances, accounting, insurance, and disbursements, including charges to customers and collections.

We have instituted the same training systems in our deep house cleaning service for over 14 years. This has resulted in less damage to customers' belongings and allows for more consistent cleaning.

Customized Cleaning Services
During each visit, we answer any specific questions a customer might have about our company and the services we provide. In addition, we establish the scope of the assignment by touring their house and listing what they would like done during the initial cleaning and regular housekeeping visits.
Detailed Work Orders
Our owners personally prepare a work order for each house cleaning assignment, which is refreshed as needed and provided to our staff in English.
